MY STORY
From challenges to purpose.
I was born in Ecuador and built my career in the United States as a Human Resources executive. Along the way, I faced moments that tested me and taught me that true strength is not found in doing everything alone.
That lesson led me to cross Lake Tahoe as the first Latina to complete the Viking Swim, to the TEDx stage, and to a mission of inspiring people to ask for help and create more human cultures of leadership and workplace wellbeing.
